  Mike Stevens, a 20 year veteran in commercial real estate representing major developers, corporations, and numerous national retail firms throughout Texas and the surrounding region. He has extensive experience in store placement strategy, site selection, surplus property disposition, and retail development processes. He has negotiated over 275 sale or lease transactions with a total value in excess of $260,000,000.

As a result of his professionalism, clients and colleagues highly regard Mr. Stevens and his ability to truly represent his client's interest on a fiduciary basis. He utilizes his talent to carefully negotiate a transaction through to successful completion. After 18 successful years with CB Richard Ellis, Mike formed Steveco Commercial Real Estate Group in 2002.
